  2. Rates come live from the official sources: the GSA per diem rates for the 48 contiguous states and DC (the fiscal years GSA publishes, currently FY2025 to FY2027), and the U.S. Department of State's monthly foreign per diem rates.
  3. The trip is totaled under the Federal Travel Regulation (41 CFR 301-11): each night at its month's lodging rate, M&IE at the rate where you sleep, 75% on travel days, provided meals deducted at the official breakdown, and never less than incidentals.
